• Non-Returnable Items: Cleaning/Care Products, Insoles, personalized/made-to-order items, and items marked “Final Sale.”
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original saleable condition with all tags and packaging.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and approval of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
