Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS.
    • Cost: Free.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier circumstances. We ship globally, with the exception of some remote regions and parts of Asia.

Our Straightforward Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Celtic & Co. purchase. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cleaning, Care Products and Insoles: All items in this category are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or Made-to-Order Items: Any item specially customized for you.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. For your convenience, you may use the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Enclose a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Glen Burnie center, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will promptly process your refund or exchange.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Refund Timing & Method

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for our team to process your return after it arrives at our center. Once approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is approved. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
